From home to work there are times aggressive communication can leave you feeling misunderstood, undervalued, underappreciated and lacking in confidence. Participants will learn techniques to build stronger relationships, look for triggers and deescalate potential conflict and build resilience.
The two days can be run independently or sequentially as the build on to each other.
