Introduction: Social Life Skills

Aimed at enhancing social competencies, this program teaches effective communication, assertiveness, and conflict resolution. Students engage in activities that promote cooperation, empathy, and the ability to build and maintain healthy relationships.

This program focusses on developing essential social skills such as verbal and non-verbal communication, being assertive and negotiating. Social problem-solving and practicing pro-social skills are important aspects of this program.

One module focusses entirely on emotions, while in another students explore and identify their own social support networks. The students will also learn and practise a range of relaxation techniques.
