Having experienced my own struggles, and lossing friends to suicide I educate differently. From the heart. My magic lies in infusing workplaces with vibrant energy, drive, profound passion, while helping create a clear sense of purpose. The intention is to create an atmosphere that focuses on mental wellness.

Rebecca Proudman
Becky, originally from the UK, began her career as a Program Facilitator in the UK prison system, delivering alcohol and drug (AOD) reduction programs. She later transitioned to counselling, offering individual support to prisoners managing AOD use and connecting them with community services for ongoing sobriety post-release. In 2012, Becky moved to Australia, continuing her work as a specialist in the AOD field. She has worked with the North Metro Community Alcohol and Drug Service, Perth and Joondalup Magistrates Courts, Cyrenian House, and the Rick Hammersley Centre Therapeutic Community. With over 15 years of experience, Becky has held roles such as Senior Counsellor, Supervisor, and Probation Officer. Her expertise includes developing and delivering training for community services, providing one-on-one and group counselling, leading educational groups, and supervising teams, all focused on alcohol recovery and addiction support.

Alastair Milne
Alastair is a Behavioural Consultant whose mission is to help people feel cared for by their group. He facilitates training, coaching and workshops to support individual growth in areas including Mental Health, Safety and Leadership. During 4 decades of worldwide experience across multiple disciplines, Alastair has always gravitated towards supporting growth in others. With extensive experience in Safety Leadership, he relates to the challenges of being a corporate professional and uses his lived experience of Mental Illness to help create sustainable change in the management of psycho-social hazards. Alastair does this by quickly building and maintaining psychological safety in groups when delivering credible content. Alastair holds a Post Grad in Business Psychology and various qualifications in Safety, Coaching and Change. He is also a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) instructor.
